Education, care and pain treatment
Specialist care for children with chronic pain
Our first goal is to help children living with chronic pain and the families who care for them. Children’s pain is still too often dismissed, and Poland has only a handful of pediatric pain management clinics. A full month of coordinated care can cost at least PLN 1,600 and may include a specialist doctor, physiotherapist, psychotherapist, procedures and, when needed, dietetic support. Your support helps families reach care sooner, with less confusion and less isolation.
Reliable chronic pain education
Pain care is still underrepresented in medical education and public discussion. Many clinicians do not receive enough practical training in acute and chronic pain, while many patients and families do not know that pain can and should be treated.
We want to change that through clear, responsible education: online, in traditional media and in direct training for professionals.
A dedicated pain treatment center
Our long-term ambition is to create Poland’s first dedicated inpatient pain treatment center. We want patients to receive coordinated care in one place: appropriate medication, interventional procedures, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, nutrition support, occupational therapy and other evidence-informed methods. We want to build the kind of comprehensive care already working well in leading European centers.
