These terms describe purchases in the foundation shop, including courses, webinars, workshops and educational materials.
1. Seller and contact
The shop is operated by Fundacja Nie Musi Boleć. For orders, invoices, access to materials and complaints, contact us through the Shop & Support page or at sklep@niemusibolec.com.
2. Products
Products may include on-site courses, webinars, recordings, material bundles and other educational content. Price, availability, format and scope are shown on the product page.
3. Order and payment
Orders are placed through WooCommerce: product page, cart and checkout. Customers should verify order details before placing an order. Prices are shown in Polish zloty.
4. Access and course participation
For online products, the foundation provides access information after the order is handled. For on-site courses, organizational details are described on the product page or sent by email.
5. Complaints and returns
Complaints can be submitted by email. The message should include information allowing us to identify the order and understand the issue. Statutory withdrawal rights are handled according to applicable law.
6. Purpose of sales
Income from educational products supports the statutory mission of the foundation, especially education and support for children and families facing chronic pain.
